We invite you to forge ahead with us.What You Will Do:Lead civil and environmental engineering projects from concept through constructionOversee design development including plans, drawings, reports, and permittingEnsure quality and technical excellence across project deliverablesCollaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budgetMentor and develop junior engineers and technical staffConduct field visits and provide construction oversightEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months6+ years of experience in design and construction oversightProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design toolsStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience with permitting and environmental complianceValid driver's license and ability to travel to project sitesOur preferred candidate will also bring:Experience working with municipalities or public agenciesFamiliarity with NEPA, SWPPP, NPDES, or related frameworksProject management training or certificationWho We Are:WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation, Community Planning, Environmental, Energy, Municipal, and Construction services.
