Project ManagerOdyssey Systems is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Enterprise Alignment team. This new position plays a critical role in overseeing corporate project management, ensuring that initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with Odyssey's organizational goals. In addition to managing the portfolio-level view, this individual will directly lead and execute multiple high-impact projects concurrently across departments. The ideal candidate brings a strong project management foundation, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive progress in complex, cross-functional environments.

Experience in knowledge management, process improvement, or enterprise systems is a plus. This is a hybrid position based out of Odyssey's corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA required to support from office 3 days per week.ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but not limited to:Portfolio Oversight & GovernanceOversee the corporate project management queue, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and departmental objectivesWork closely with Enterprise Alignment leadership to review, prioritize, and track progress on all corporate initiativesIdentify resourcing needs, risks, and cross-functional impacts across projectsMaintain standardized reporting, dashboards, and project tracking toolsManage team's review cycle of corporate projects to ensure timely updates, completion, and close-outProject Management & ExecutionServe as Project Manager for multiple concurrent cross-functional projectsLead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out activities using best practices (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methodologies)Facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomesDrive accountability across teams, manage dependencies, and adapt plans as needed to meet project goalsProcess Improvement & Knowledge SharingSupport continuous improvement efforts within project management practices and toolsChampion consistency, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the project portfolioContribute to building a culture of collaboration and transparency within Enterprise Alignment and across OdysseyCollaboration and CommunicationServe as a liaison between departments, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder alignmentPrepare and deliver regular updates to senior leadership on project and portfolio performanceProvide guidance and mentorship to other project managers or coordinators regularlyQualificationsCitizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related fieldYears of Experience: At least eight (8) years of progressive experience in project managementCertifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are preferredTechnical SkillsProven experience managing complex, cross-functional projectsDemonstrated experience in portfolio or program-level oversightProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and project management platformsExperience with advanced MS365 tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Viva, and CoPilot, is preferredPreferred experience with knowledge management, change management, or enterprise systemsFamiliarity with DoD contracting or working in a government services organization is a plusExperience developing or managing SharePoint-based project tracking systems or dashboards is preferredInterpersonal SkillsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a matrixed or professional services environmentAdditional InformationLocation: Wakefield, MA (Corporate HQ)Travel: 5%Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Hybrid, three days in office requirementCompany OverviewOdyssey Systems Consulting Group, is an innovative small business committed to providing world-class technical, management, and training support services to government and public sector clients.
