Project ManagerThe Project Manager manages IP Video-based projects through the planning processes through the hardware and software deployment process, including collaboration with multiple teams within the company.Duties And ResponsibilitiesManages IP Video projects, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering teams, Networking teams, and Regional Site teams.Coordinates the purchase, shipping, and deployment of equipment.Creates, manages, and distributes product schedules, meeting agendas, action items, and project status reports.Collaborates with cross-functional groups through the entire product deployment life cycle.Communicates effectively (written and verbal) across multiple departments and management levels.Drives cross-functional engineering and operations teams to deliver the projects on schedule.Develops a strong knowledge of Charter’s product and deployment cycle.Develops a strong knowledge of Charter’s processes to efficiently manage programs.Basic / Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.Minimum ten (10) years Project Management experienceMinimum seven (7) years work experience in Engineering or Technology fieldAdditional Job QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communications skills.Telecommunications and Operations experience.Excellent multi-tasking, negotiation, and personal organizational skills are a requirement.Understanding of JIRA, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.Ability to build and manage business relationships, and build trust by meeting commitments.Strong interpersonal skills.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.
