Project Manager | Electrical or Mechanical, HVAC, Piping | National Travel
Base Salary: $120K–$180K
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical or mechanical, HVAC, and piping projects across large commercial and industrial facilities, including healthcare, data centers, and stadiums. This is a full-time role with national travel, offering the chance to manage high-profile projects and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical or mechanical, HVAC, and piping projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
- Lead project execution, including risk management, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing mechanical, HVAC, or piping projects in large commercial or industrial facilities.
- Experience with healthcare, data centers, or stadium construction is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel nationally for extended periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
