Project Manager, Electrical Construction (Mission Critical / Data Centers)

This opportunity is located in South Dakota. We're hiring Project Managers to run electrical construction projects on mission critical data center campuses across South Dakota. You'll manage projects from preconstruction through commissioning, owning budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication.Projects you'll manage might include:- A $1.2B, 300 MW hyperscale data center campus with multiple buildings, featuring medium-voltage distribution and on-site substations- A $1B fast-track build-out of AI-ready data halls with redundant UPS, switchgear, and generator plants- A $1.5B phased hyperscale expansion with prefabricated electrical skids and integrated commissioningWhat you'll do:- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, and billing- Build and maintain schedules, and coordinate with GCs, owners, and engineers- Lead foremen, superintendents, and field teams on site- Drive safety, quality, and Level 1 to 5 commissioningWhat you bring:- 7+ years in electrical construction, with 3+ years as a PM- Required: mission critical or data center project experience- Solid knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, switchgear, and generators- Strong financial, scheduling, and communication skills- Electrical license, PMP, or degree is a plus
