With decades of industry experience, the company has earned an outstanding reputation for safety, technical expertise, and long-term client relationships.Known for investing in its employees and embracing challenging, high-profile projects, the organization offers a collaborative environment where experienced construction professionals can build rewarding, long-term careers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage electrical construction projects through all phases of executionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsCoordinate with superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsMonitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and operational challengesPrepare and review project documentation, contracts, change orders, and progress reportsEnsure projects are completed in accordance with quality standards, contract requirements, and company expectationsMaintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory complianceFoster positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholdersProvide regular project updates to senior leadership and support continuous process improvementRequirementsElectrical contracting experience is requiredPrevious experience managing electrical construction projectsMilitary installation, Department of Defense, or other federal project experience is preferred but not requiredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailExperience coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and project teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction project management software is preferredCommitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budgetBenefitsCompetitive base salary of $105,000–$155,000, based on experienceComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings planPaid vacation, holidays, and paid time offOpportunities for professional development and career advancementStable pipeline of challenging industrial electrical projectsCollaborative culture with one of the region's most respected electrical contractors
