This role will focus on managing local projects ranging from $5M–$10M, spanning a variety of sectors including commercial and public infrastructure.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can successfully manage multiple aspects of project execution—from budgeting and scheduling to client relationships and field coordination—while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performanceCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliersMaintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and project stakeholdersReview and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesLead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clientsIdentify and mitigate project risks while driving efficiency and cost controlRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical constructionExperience managing projects in the $5M–$10M range5+ years of project management experience in electrical or commercial constructionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)Experience with airport, government, or commercial projectsAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contractsStrong financial acumen and experience managing project budgetsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Competitive base salary: $90,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)Opportunity to work on impactful, high-visibility projects in the Atlanta marketStable, established company with a strong reputation and repeat clientsCollaborative team environment with long-term growth potential
