- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience
- Exposure to HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical construction

- Experience managing mechanical contracting/construction projects
- Experience with HVAC, piping, pumps, chillers, or similar mechanical systems

Overview:
Insight Global is looking for Project Managers to lead complex mechanical construction and manufacturing projects from initial design through fabrication, installation, startup, and completion. This individual will be responsible for project costs, schedules, resources, deliverables, and client relationships while leading a cross-functional project team. Projects may include central utility plants, mechanical equipment rooms, modular data centers, custom air-handling units, and other off-site constructed mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical projects from turnover through completion
- Own project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, schedules, and overall execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate project deliverables
- Coordinate engineering, design, fabrication, procurement, and subcontractor activities Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost reports
- Manage equipment and material purchasing and delivery
- Manage submittals, change orders, invoices, and project documentation
- Coordinate engineering and design schedules to meet project deadlines
- Ensure projects are completed within established budget, schedule, and quality expectations
