We are unable to sponsor at this time.Job DescriptionManage large to medium-scale or low to medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone projectsResponsible for delivery of projectLead stakeholders in the refinement of the project charterDevelop & maintain project schedule & work breakdown structureDevelop and maintain project budgetAccurately track and report project status against plan to allMaintain RAID for project itemsIdentify, log, assign and manage risks & issuesImplement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate to stakeholdersRepresent project in program meetingsMeeting summaries: capture & report on main decisions & action itemsDevelop project operations & support planProvide EPMO & business project estimatesIncorporate effective scope/change management impact assessment and controlsMaintain project documentationEscalate issues to Business Owner/ Program Manager/ EPMO LeadershipSchedule & facilitate project meetings including weekly status meetings, stakeholder meetingsPromote cross-functional communication between impacted business & IT areasFacilitate that project milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycleProduce detailed reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notifications on assigned projectsAssist with the continuous improvement of project management leading practices, processes, and tools
