We conduct our business with safety, quality, integrity, and enthusiasm—and our core values include building a safe and caring environment.Your RoleManage data center construction projects where uptime, precision, and coordination are critical, overseeing delivery from planning through commissioning and turnover.What You'll DoManage budgets, schedules, and project controls to meet demanding delivery targetsCoordinate MEP-intensive scopes, sequencing, and trade partner performanceLead procurement, contracts, change management, and risk mitigationCoordinate testing/commissioning readiness and turnover documentationServe as primary client point of contact and drive clear communicationWhat You BringExperience leading technically complex projects with strong project controlsAbility to manage risk, coordination, and quality in high-pressure environmentsClear communication and leadership with clients and teamsExperience7+ years managing technically complex projects; data centers/critical facilities and MEP-intensive scopes preferred.Experience leading turnover, testing/commissioning coordination, and phased delivery to meet uptime expectations.Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Tools & SoftwareProcore and Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with scheduling/project controls tools preferred; MS Project/Primavera, BIM coordination tools.Work Location, Environment & Travel RequirementsOffice and active jobsite presence; frequent coordination meetings and field walks to manage sequencing, quality, and documentation.May require extended hours around major installs, testing, commissioning, or turnover milestones.This role will require shifts or extended hours depending on project demands, including evenings, nights, and weekends.Travel will be required based on project assignment.
