Confidential representation by Borgia Consulting
Borgia is looking to meet construction Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who are keeping their eyes open, whether for something bigger, something different, or just a change. More data center projects are coming online than there are people who can run them. That means you aren’t someone who chases jobs. You’re someone the right opportunities should be competing for. We represent the people who deliver mechanical and MEP scopes on data center builds, and we bring them vetted, confidential opportunities on their terms and their timeline. Does this sound like you?
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: You lead the project from planning through closeout. You build the plan, schedule and scope of work, and you keep the team on target for schedule, quality and profit.
- Financial Control: You monitor, control and report on project financials. You prepare client and subcontractor change orders and protect margin without compromising delivery.
- Field Coordination: You coordinate trades, subcontractors and vendors, and you build staffing plans for labor and subs so work fronts stay unblocked.
- Customer Relationships: You are the client’s go-to contact. You build trust through clear communication, sharp problem solving and consistent results.
- Team Development: You coach and mentor your project team, and you keep investing in your own growth.
- Cross-Team Alignment: You work with other departments and leaders to support bigger company goals.
