A leading national design-build general contractor is hiring Project Managers for a growing portfolio of data center, advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects .
We're interested in proven builders who can manage complex scopes and want the project pipeline and advancement opportunities associated with a major national construction platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead procurement, cost management, forecasting, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change management
- Coordinate with Superintendent and field leadership
- Manage subcontractor performance and project schedules
- Maintain owner and design-team relationships
Qualifications
- GC/design-build project management experience
- Experience delivering ground-up or technically complex construction
- Strong financial and subcontractor-management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to travel to project assignments as needed
- Data center experience is preferred, but candidates from advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, and other complex construction sectors are encouraged to apply.
