Project Manager - Data & Analytics

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support key initiatives within a Data & Analytics program. This individual will be responsible for coordinating data architecture and Snowflake development efforts, driving project execution, and ensuring alignment across technical teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have several years of project management experience, a strong understanding of data architecture and integration concepts, and the ability to bring cross-functional teams together to achieve shared goals. This is a hands-on project management role focused on execution, collaboration, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Snowflake development and retrofit initiatives, ensuring alignment with the integrated project plan, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track and report on data delivery pipelines and Snowflake build progress across new and existing environments.
• Maintain Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks, deliverables, risks, and project status.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with data architecture and engineering teams to review progress, identify blockers, and escalate issues.
• Partner with developers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and successful project delivery.
• Contribute to project reporting, status updates, and leadership communications.
• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution of issues impacting delivery timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on project management experience, preferably supporting Data & Analytics or technology initiatives.
• Experience managing projects involving data architecture, data engineering, or data integration.
• Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and cloud-based data environments.
• Banking or financial services experience
• Experience working closely with engineers, developers, and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Jira.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive projects toward successful outcomes.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, execution-focused approach to project delivery.
