This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager plans and develops the production projects.

They need to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage money, ensure customer satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.Job DutiesManage multiple projects from pre-booking to customer final acceptancePrioritize and direct project activities during the project lifecycle to include planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, shipping, and subsequent handoff to customerManage and maintain overall responsibility for all details of each assigned projectEnsure assigned projects meet contractual objectives by effectively managing the project cost, and scopeAct as the primary contact between the customer and the organization to maintain existing customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction while meeting business objectivesProvide consultation on proposal development as requiredParticipate in the internal kick-off meeting from sales/estimating to the organizationInitiate and lead the customer kick-off meetingCommunicate specification requirements to the team to ensure each member is aware of his/her obligationsAllocate project resources based on initial commitmentsActively develop and manage the project with input from various departments to ensure alignment with both internal and external commitmentsConduct project-specific meetings with both in-house personnel and the customer, as neededFollow document management processes for project documentation to ensure compliance with business, contractual, and document retention requirements/lawsManage the scope and deliverables from vendors and subcontractorsValidate project terms, conditions, and commercial viability using a quote and standard business practices as the baselineParticipate and present project status at production meetings, as requiredEstablish and purchase a Bill of Material to be furnished by PBSEnsure proper updating and reporting of project status to the customerPrepare or oversee the preparation of contractual invoicing, pursue timely payments from the customer, and authorize payments for major buys to material suppliers and subcontractorsObtain formal acceptance from the Customer for all contractual deliverablesAuthorize and approve all project shipmentsEnsure completion of project closeout activitiesIs accountable for the commercial success, customer satisfaction, and delivery of the assigned project
