Job TitleAt least 12 to 15 years of experience in IT with 8 to 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 to 8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must). Good experience with Intelligent Order Management with MS Dynamics 365 is a mandatory skill. Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service. Must be thorough and hands on MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug ins, JavaScript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations). Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5, Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012, Scribe and SSIS, experience in MSCRM installation and set up and multi site deployment. Modern workloads: Power platform: specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps is preferred.
Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is highly preferable.
Experience in working in an Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology is a must. Good team handling and customer facing skills.
