Rate: $65/hr on W2
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Compliance Program Manager to lead regulatory compliance and operational readiness activities for a new Control Center implementation. This role will coordinate NERC CIP and NERC 693 compliance initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful certification, commissioning, and operational turnover of BES Cyber Systems and critical infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NERC CIP and NERC 693 compliance readiness activities for a new Control Center.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and regulatory deliverables.
- Coordinate commissioning and certification of BES Cyber Systems, ESP, PSP, EACMS, PACS, and related assets.
- Ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into design, testing, commissioning, and operational turnover processes.
- Develop audit-ready compliance documentation, evidence repositories, and readiness reports.
- Partner with cybersecurity, OT, facilities, physical security, and compliance teams to validate regulatory controls.
- Track compliance risks, action items, and project dependencies through go-live.
