Together, we build and play in Montana.What You'll Do:Oversee commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projectsManage project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials, and subcontractorsWork closely with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure high-quality installationsLead project kickoff meetings, coordinate manpower, and monitor jobsite progressMaintain safety standards, documentation, and compliance requirementsBuild strong relationships with clients and represent our company professionally on every projectWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management.Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements, submittals, and project sequencingAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documentsSolid communication and leadership skills - comfortable working with field teams and GCsProven track record managing budgets, schedules, and project documentationBenefits & PerksAt Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
