We design, engineer, install, and support advanced AV, lighting, shading, and automation systems for commercial and residential clients across the United States. Our team delivers approximately 200 projects annually, ranging from $25K to $2M+, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism.Role Summary The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of 80–100 commercial AV projects per year, or 15-20 projects (from contract handoff through final closeout at a time) and service department transition.
This role carries full ownership of project budget, profitability, schedule, labor utilization, change order management, billing accuracy, documentation, and client satisfaction. The Commercial PM directly manages Project Foremen (Level 3 Technicians) and all technicians assigned to their projects. This is a leadership role that requires the ability to drive financial outcomes, hold teams accountable, and maintain proactive communication with clients, general contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders.
This role blends field oversight with in-house project management and works cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
