If you are result-driven and want to join a team that gets it done when others can't, apply now to become a Project Manager at Aristeo!What You'll Do:Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazardsServe as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead consistent owner's coordination and reporting meetingsEstablish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliancePrioritize effective and continuous communication across client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teamsManage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gapsEnsure compliance with applicable Labor AgreementsCoordinate and oversee weekly subcontractor meetingsEstimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change ordersProactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the planPlan and manage effective project closeout, ensuring an expeditious and quality handover processWhat You'll Bring:Ability to communicate professionally verbally and written with the ability to lead teams and resolves conflictSelf-motivated leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teamsHighly organized with strong planning and analytic skills, and expert attention to detailAn ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibilityProficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista softwareExperience in the automotive sector is preferredExperience:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree is required7+ years of project management experience in commercial interiors, including ground-up, tenant improvements, renovations, core & shell, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and millworkWhy Choose AristeoAs a Project Manager, you'll use your expertise and problem-solving mindset to plan, manage, and build some of our customers' most critical projects.
