Our team is known for strong field coordination, organized project delivery, and long-term client relationships.The RoleThe Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role works closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership to keep projects moving efficiently and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from award through completionOversee project budgets, cost tracking, and change ordersDevelop and maintain project schedules and work plansCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendorsLead project meetings and communicate with owners, architects, and consultantsUtilize Procore for document control, RFIs, submittals, and project trackingReview and negotiate subcontractor scopes and contractsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirementsManage project closeout documentation and turnoverQualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial constructionExperience with tenant improvement and/or ground-up projectsStrong working knowledge of Procore (required)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction means and methodsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsWhat's OfferedCompetitive base salary of $120K–$150KStable project pipelineCollaborative, team-oriented environmentOpportunity for long-term growth within the company
