This role will oversee projects ranging from $3M to $10M, including renovations, ground-up construction, and small project portfolios. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutServe as the primary liaison for clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agenciesOversee project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performanceProactively identify and resolve project challenges to minimize risk and delaysManage subcontractor scope, contracts, and documentation (RFIs, change orders, reporting)Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policiesSupervise and mentor 1–3 junior team members, fostering development and growthSupport or lead preconstruction efforts, including estimating and buyout activitiesMaintain strong internal and external customer service standardsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10+ years of relevant construction experienceOSHA 10-hour certification requiredExperience managing $3M–$10M commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of scheduling techniques and construction software toolsExperience in preconstruction and/or estimatingWorking knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection)Background in healthcare, workplace, or retail construction is a plusAbility to present effectively to clients and internal stakeholdersBenefits:Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $130,000 with annual merit increasesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and funded Health Savings Account (HSA)401(k) with generous company matchShort-term and long-term disability and life insurancePaid time off, holidays, and floating holidaysProfit-sharing opportunities
