Learn more at and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit.Primary Responsibilities:Project Planning and InitiationResource ManagementClient and Stakeholder CommunicationExecution and MonitoringRisk ManagementCompliance and Quality AssuranceDocumentation and ReportingBudget and Cost ControlTeam Leadership and CollaborationCloseout and HandoverBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems, construction, or technology integrationProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within budgetValid drivers license and acceptable driving recordStrong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team membersProblem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to risk managementBudget management and cost control expertiseFamiliarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, ADA)Preferred Qualifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certificationRelevant technical certifications related to security systems or IT integration (e.g., CompTIA, Axis Certified Professional)Strong familiarity with security systems, access control, CCTV, or intercom systemsBasic understanding of data center operations or construction environmentsSalary: $100,000 to $130,000 depending on experienceDisclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
