We're partnering with a leading mechanical contractor that is expanding its Mission Critical team in Columbus.
This role will support some of the largest hyperscale data center construction projects in the country, with project values exceeding $500M . The ideal candidate will have experience managing mechanical, HVAC, or MEP construction projects , preferably within data center, mission critical, industrial, or other complex environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage large-scale mechanical and HVAC construction projects from kickoff through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with field teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Support mission critical/data center projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical, HVAC, or MEP construction
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, RFIs, and change orders
- Data center, mission critical, industrial, or complex construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
