Seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee large-scale industrial, manufacturing, data center, and/or Industrial Projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project execution, financial performance, schedule, risk, and safety
- Manage contracts, procurement, subcontractors, and claims
- Build strong client and executive relationships
- Lead preconstruction, estimating, and business development efforts
- Mentor and develop project management teams
- Drive operational excellence and project strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years PM experience
- OSHA 30 required
- Strong financial, contract, scheduling, and risk-management skills
100% travel required — home every other weekend.
