Scrum MasterEffectively facilitate agile scrum ceremonies. Interact with technical partners to communicate business requirements and be able to communicate technical constraints and/or issues with business teams in terms they can understand. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage dependencies, ensuring that capacity constraints are addressed, and projects stay on track.
Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions in real-time. Function as main point of contact for all sprint-related tasks, velocity tracking, and cross-team dependency tracking and management. Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure the product backlog is continuously prioritized and maintained.
Ensure proper acceptance criteria, definition of ready and done for requirements. Oversee the ticket refinement process to ensure tasks are well-defined and actionable. Ensure tickets are tracked for capacity and velocity per sprint, and evaluated per PI as well as against overall project timelines.
