Join a dynamic, fast-growing engineering team where your technical expertise, creativity, and leadership will shape the built environment for years to come.We’re searching for a driven Project Manager (Civil Site Design) who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves solving complex engineering challenges, and is ready to make an immediate impact on high-visibility projects in the region.What You’ll DoAs a key technical and managerial leader, you will:Oversee and design a variety of multi-use, residential, commercial, and institutional land development projects from concept through final approval.Lead the local municipal approval process, ensuring smooth coordination and timely submissions.Manage and develop full site designs including stormwater systems, grading, erosion & sediment control plans, utility layouts, and regulatory research.Prepare concept plans, detailed site plans, subdivision plans, engineering reports, and stormwater management documentation.Serve as a primary point of contact, maintaining ongoing communication with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal team members.QualificationsWhat You’ll BringNJ P.E. required or the ability to obtain it (E.I.T.
