This role owns budget, schedule, and client coordination while also supporting the estimating function — building quantity takeoffs, cost projections, and competitive bids for civil earthwork and sitework packages.What You'll Work OnMass grading, cut/fill, soil stabilization, site prep, pad construction, and foundation prepRight-of-way preparation, environmental protection, and site remediationRenewables construction: wind, solar, and substation civil support workAsphalt, concrete, and landscape restorationLarge-scale, multi-phase civil earthwork projects across a multi-state footprint, often running concurrently and spanning multi-year durationsWhat You'll DoManage project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, owning budget, schedule, and scopePrepare and support estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages using historical cost and productivity dataCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and field personnel to keep projects alignedTrack costs, forecast budget performance, and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittalsCoordinate with Superintendents and Foremen on daily field execution, SWPPP/environmental compliance, and QA/QCPromote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the project teamWhat You'll BringLocation & Work ExpectationsThis position is based out of Flare Construction's home office in Coalville, UT.
Daily presence at the home office is expected unless assigned to a project site.
