At Trade31, we're not just constructing buildings; we're building a legacy of quality, integrity, and purpose.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesOwn projects from pursuit through closeout, including estimating, project execution, and client managementReview plans and specifications to develop accurate budgets, scopes, and proposalsLead subcontractor and supplier bidding, leveling, and buyout processesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors to drive repeat businessManage project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performanceOversee submittals, RFIs, and procurement to keep projects moving efficientlyCoordinate closely with field teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standardsLead project meetings, communication, and reporting with clients and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for additional work, change orders, and future projectsDrive project closeout, ensuring all documentation is complete and the client experience is strongQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred5–10 years of construction experience (Project Engineer, Assistant PM, or similar path)Experience managing projects with direct ownership of scope, schedule, and budgetOSHA 30 certification preferredExperience with Viewpoint, Procore, and scheduling software (Phoenix or similar) preferredFollow all OSHA, EPA, ODH, company and site-specific safety policies and procedures
