Project Manager – Commercial Construction

This is a Construction Project Manager role—not an IT Project Manager. We're looking for someone with experience managing commercial building projects for a General Contractor from preconstruction through closeout.
You'll join a well-established GC with a strong reputation across the Cincinnati and Dayton markets, leading projects in healthcare, higher education, corporate interiors, and municipal construction.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project execution
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and field teams
- Lead Project Engineers and Coordinators throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive projects from preconstruction through final closeout
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a General Contractor
- Experience managing project budgets and financial performance
- Ability to oversee multiple projects in different phases of construction
- Experience with negotiated and hard-bid projects
- Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
