Location Requirements: On-Site in Cincinnati, with flexibility for appointments, illness, childcare, and daily needs.

Role Overview: You will serve as the central coordinator within a highly cross-functional marketing team. Managing multiple projects, you will ensure initiatives move from strategy to execution on time and within budget. Your role involves leading projects through every phase, from initiation to closure, maintaining schedules, managing resources, and collaborating with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute multi-channel projects throughout their lifecycle
• Develop project scope and approach, manage timelines and milestones
• Prepare schedules, agreements, and provide feedback on vendor proposals and bids
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal resources
• Identify and evaluate project risks, implement mitigation strategies, elevate issues
• Deliver solutions aligned with customer and business goals, including post-launch evaluation
• Communicate project performance and updates in a timely manner
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Build strong relationships across functions and with vendors
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver project requirements
• Use established project management methodologies to track and document projects
• Analyze and promote best business practices to foster a culture of quality
• Provide leadership to project resources
• Present process changes, gain alignment, and support implementation
• Update project and program plans with actuals and forecasts, escape deviations
