Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Project Manager (Construction) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio, and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction and renovation projects from initiation through completion.

This position requires strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage project schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, timelines, and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed efficiently and according to specifications.
• Coordinate resources and address project-related challenges to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Travel to various project sites as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous project management experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Experience coordinating construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to manage projects independently from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, timelines, and execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Grocery store renovation or commercial construction experience is a plus.

Work Schedule & Travel

• Must be flexible to work overnight projects when required.
• Travel to various project locations may be necessary.
• Must be comfortable working on-site and visiting active construction projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $80,000 per year.
