A multi-faceted approach was applied to complete the organizational assessment and made recommendations in 5 domains (Engagement and Partnership, Infrastructure, Knowledge and Skills, Organizational Culture and Climate, and Resources). CPS is prepared to implement the recommendations of the Organizational Assessment through a change management focus which will evaluate readiness for change, identify barriers, strategize barrier resolution and ultimately facilitate successful change initiatives to ensure CPS can effectively navigate and adapt to the implementation of the assessment’s recommendations while minimizing disruptions and maximizing employee engagement.
