What we're looking for
- 3+ years of construction or engineering experience
- Strong structural steel experience is essential
- Proven experience managing structural steel projects through fabrication and erection
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and contract documents
- Commercial awareness across budgets, change orders and project costs
- Someone comfortable taking ownership, solving problems and communicating effectively across shop, field and GC teams
- The experience and judgement to manage complex projects with minimal oversight

The package includes up to $160,000 base salary, profit sharing, car allowance, company phone, healthcare, 401(k) match and flexible/unlimited PTO.
