🏗️ Project Manager – Structural Steel | Chicago

💰 Up to $110,000 - $160,000 | Profit Sharing 10%-15% | Car Allowance

✅ What we're looking for

• 3+ years of construction or engineering experience
• Strong structural steel experience is essential
• Proven experience managing structural steel projects through fabrication and erection
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and contract documents
• Commercial awareness across budgets, change orders and project costs
• Someone comfortable taking ownership, solving problems and communicating effectively across shop, field and GC teams
• The experience and judgement to manage complex projects with minimal oversight
