Summary
Join a dynamic organization as a Project Portfolio Analyst, where you will play a critical role in establishing and enhancing best practices for IT project and portfolio management.
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience developing and implementing project management methodologies, policies, and governance processes
• Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms
• Knowledge of healthcare IT or hospital information systems is a plus
  

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve project and portfolio management best practices, policies, and procedures
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership

• Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning to post-implementation review
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource estimates, and status reports
• Track key performance indicators, monitor project progress, and adjust as needed to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks, scope changes, and potential issues
