Project ManagerResponsibilities will include:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projectsAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededSuccessfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetGeneral Qualifications:Detailed oriented – ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or taskAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyProven experience in (and a passion for) delivering great resultsExceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and tailoring content to multiple audiencesStrong planning and organizational skills, including the abilities to organize work towards a long term goal and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative problem solverCollaborative team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence within the organizationGenerally tech savvy with a curiosity for exploring new ways of doing thingsEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience3-5 years' experience working in a creative or production settingMust have a clear understanding of the creative, digital and print production processExperience in Workfront Project Management preferredExperience in Agile, Waterfall and iterative project methodologies a plusPMI Certification not required
