Join us and help shape the future of construction.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects in the Charlotte market. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle management, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a leadership role ideal for a design/build PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning both field and office execution.Key Responsibilities Collaborates with Preconstruction to prepare, review, and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in developing the project budgets.Finalizes and manages project budgets.Knows and understands the requirements of owner's contract, including bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs.Participates in proposal meetings with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideasManages the subcontracting process, which includes holding initial scope review meetings, finalizing agreed price, developing subcontract scope of work, and managing the subcontract distribution and final execution process.Is responsible for onsite construction activity.
