Project ManagerThe Project Manager role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. In addition, this role will partner with highly skilled professionals across the business to drive efficient processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure clear and consistent communication among stakeholders. This candidate will be highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about delivering successful outcomes that support the company's objectives.

In addition, the person in this role will have the mentality to think like a business owner and take a proactive yet collaborative approach to accomplishing project and organizational goals. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations or Program Management Office (PMO) leadership.Responsibilities:Proactively analyze our organization's needs and market trends to identify potential projects that fill strategic gaps.Work closely with colleagues to develop project proposals that align with company objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.Manage project budgets and effectively allocate human and financial resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.Experience contributing to white papers and in-depth research projects.Understanding of industry-specific trends and knowledge to support other accounts.Proficiency in project management methodologies and data analysis techniques.Ability to source data from various sources and manipulate existing code for customized reporting.Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues and ensure content accuracy.Excellent communication skills to actively participate in client calls and meetings.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or a relevant field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
