About the Role
we’re working with a growing General Contractor in the Charlotte market that specialises in healthcare interiors and renovations, and they’re looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in healthcare construction who understands the challenges of delivering projects in active medical environments, from maintaining infection control standards to coordinating work around ongoing patient care.
Responsibilities
- Experience managing healthcare construction and interior renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of hospital, medical office and clinical fit-out environments.
- Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through to final closeout.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets and project documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. xhqgsiq
