Our client is a Southeast GC with decades of experience delivering water, wastewater and industrial utility projects. They're looking for a Project Manager to lead projects from award through close-out, working closely with on-site superintendents and the wider project team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall delivery of one or more projects, setting objectives and acting as the main contact for the client
- Build and maintain the project schedule and budget
- Direct the on-site superintendent to keep work on schedule and within cost
- Prepare change orders and manage cost forecasting and xhqgsiq reporting
- Manage subcontractors, procurement and material approvals
- Promote and enforce site safety standards
- Secure permits, maintain project logs and manage full project close-out
