JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project Manager
LOCATION: Charleston, SC
SALARY: $100,000-$125,000 per year + Bonus + Vehicle/Phone Allowance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver project on time and on budget
• Coordination of all field activities
• Managing between 4-6 projects simultaneously
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Recent experience working for a Drywall contractor
• Experience managing commercial Drywall projects with value ranges up to $18M
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and projects
• Schedules and structural specification sheets
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in this or a similar role
