                                       Project Manager, Central Laboratory ServicesTitle: Associate Project Manager/Project Manager, Central LabLocation: Exton, PA/ OnsiteFull-timeFrontage Laboratories Inc. is an award winning, full-service, CRO/Contract Research Organization operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across the US, Canada and China.  Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials. POSITION OVERVIEW:          Key responsibilities of the position:  The position will be part of the clinical central laboratory operation team, which is responsible for planning, executing, managing, and closing projects.Manage and monitor project progress and timelines to ensure successful completionParticipate and communicate effectively in project meetings with clients on a regular basis as well as with internal departments to ensure projects are met with quality and within the applicable scope and budgetCollaborate with financial sector throughout various stages of projects (invoices and revenue recognition)Prepare and review proposalsGeneration of clinical trial related documentation as needed and per client requestSupport Management and BD team for new business opportunitiesMaintain a general working knowledge of phase I-IV clinical trials, FDA regulations/ICH guidelines and other pertinent regulations.

 Requirements:                                                Has a B.S. degree or higherHas at least 2-3 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory, CRO, or pharmaceutical environment. Has project management and leadership role experiencesHas excellent communication skillsProficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and other computer skillsESSENTIAL SKILLS include the following:The personality traits/leadership skills listed below are representative of those that are required to perform this job successfully.
