Reliable.What You Will Do In This RoleIn this role you will be responsible for projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently while meeting the project goals.
From creating an accurate timeline of project completion to ensuring tasks are finished within the confines of the assignment, the project manager must remain aware of how the project is progressing. Organization and follow-through are essential to your success. You will need to coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager will report to the EVP, Business Optimization, Systems & Finance.ResponsibilitiesDrive projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders (internal and external), keeping open lines of communication to include providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work planCreate timely reports and/or presentations as required by Management on each project.Management of integrated software-based solutions such as ADO, Smartsheet, and others. Manage multiple projects in the software with keen accuracy and in a comprehensive, and timely mannerExhibit adaptability and problem-solving to keep control of projectsEvaluate project performance upon completionRequired Skills/QualificationsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business or a related fieldAt least 5 years project management experienceExcellent interpersonal skills and proactive communication skillsStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsAdaptability to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams under critical timelines while maintaining business continuityStrong initiative, accountability and attention to detailExcellent organization, planning, time management and prioritization skills to ensure stress managementWhy Atticus?Atticus is committed to the long?term success of our industry and our people.
