Project Manager OpportunityWe are working with a commercial general contractor focused on technically demanding projects across healthcare, data center, and complex commercial environments. They are looking to add a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of work in the Greater Rochester area.This role offers the opportunity to take true ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work in active and detail-sensitive environments. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on with both the financial and operational sides of a project, while staying closely connected to the client.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project execution from preconstruction through closeout across healthcare and commercial projectsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables stay on trackManage project financials including budgets, forecasts, and cost controlOversee subcontractor buyout, scope development, and contract executionCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project progressServe as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on schedule, budget, and project statusManage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change ordersEnsure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycleQualifications3–10+ years of experience in commercial construction project managementExperience supporting projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordinationHealthcare or mission-critical project experience is a strong plusAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients and stakeholdersFamiliarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Compensation + BenefitsCompetitive base salary based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysClear path for growth within a stable and expanding project pipeline
