Project ManagerWe are working with a well-established, employee-owned mechanical and infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience managing complex mechanical, industrial, and process piping projects valued at $5M+. The ideal candidate is skilled in project oversight, estimating, scheduling, and mentoring field and office staff.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle project delivery including safety, quality, budget, procurement, and client relationsMaintain project schedules and financial performance with support from internal teamsMentor project engineers, field staff, and supervisors to ensure team development and successEngage directly with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the projectPrepare proposal packages, takeoffs, conceptual and final estimatesSupport client acquisition and build long-term partnerships with repeat clientsDrive communication across project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignmentQualifications:7+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil constructionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)Experience managing construction projects over $5M in markets like hydro power, high-tech, or manufacturingProficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Viewpoint, and estimating platformsAbility to perform detailed estimating and change order managementStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travel as neededCompensation + Benefits:Discretionary merit bonusesMedical, dental, and vision insurance for employee + dependentsTiered paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays (including one floating holiday)401(k) with company matchCareer development roadmap and advancement opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramLong-term disability coverageVehicle allowance
