Overview

We’re an early-stage climate tech / agtech startup group (brands include C1iN Corporation and Carbon Nurture) bringing sustainable innovations to the agricultural, chemical and packaging markets. We need a Program Manager who can lead cross-functional projects spanning product development, regulatory compliance, and partner coordination—while keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track.

Location: DC / hybrid

What You’ll Do

Product Development & Trials

  • Oversee product development programs from R&D to launch, including field trials and manufacturing coordination.
  • Coordinate with agronomists, scientists, and manufacturers to optimize product performance and scalability.
  • Track product KPIs, performance data, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on markets, main competitors, and new products to inform product development.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage USDA, EPA, and state-level product registrations, labeling, and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as primary liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and inspections.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and advise leadership on implications for product strategy.

Project Management

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to hit milestones.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and reporting for product and regulatory programs.
  • Support grant applications, funding proposals, and compliance-related admin tasks.

What You Bring

  • Experience in climate tech, agtech, or related startup/early-stage/innovation-focused environments.
  • Ability and experience translating information and requirements between technical and business teams and clients.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural product regulations (federal and state).
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range: $78,000-$95,000
