Project Manager Bridge EngineerPosition Type: Full TimeOffice: Warrington, PASalary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annuallyResponsibilitiesDesigning and analyzing existing and proposed structures, including bridges, culverts, buildings, and other infrastructureSecuring, planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of local, county, and state bridge projects, including permitsBridge inspection experienceAbility to draft and prepare effective and efficient project proposalsConstruction support services, such as contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget managementUnderstanding of project financials and reporting; maintaining compliance with project budgetsParticipate in local civic and professional organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, ASCE, and NSPE to promote the CompanyAssist Senior Management with managing and growing the Corporate Structural Engineering DisciplineAssist Senior Management with retention and development of client relationshipsTransition to developing, managing, and mentoring a staff of Structural Engineers and Structural Designers with financial objectives, including utilization, profit, and overheadQualificationsB.S. in Structural, Civil Engineering or equivalentRegistration as a Professional Engineer in PA is required, and NJ preferred10+ years experienceExperience working with local and state agenciesPrior experience working on PennDOT or Turnpike projects is highly preferredProgressive experience working directly with clients and managing all aspects of bridge projectsExcellent communication, project management, and client relation skillsStrong organization and leadership skills with a track record for understanding and adhering to contractual requirementsSome AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferredKnowledge of structural design software, including PennDOT programsIf you're looking for a dynamic role with growth potential and the chance to make a difference in community infrastructure, apply today!
