Specializing in Healthcare/OSHPD/HCAI, Federal, Public Works, Education, and Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects, this company has earned a strong reputation for exceeding industry standards and delivering high-quality results. With a growing workforce of over 50 employees, they are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects with a focus on performance, safety, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finishDevelop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure timely project completionReview and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure complianceCoordinate communication among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authoritiesMonitor progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issuesEnsure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standardsLead procurement efforts, including material purchasing and subcontractor negotiationsConduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality control standardsFacilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholdersMaintain accurate records, including RFIs, change orders, reports, and budget trackingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in construction project managementJOC (Job Order Contracting) project experience is requiredStrong understanding of construction processes and industry best practicesProficiency in tools such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft ProjectDemonstrated leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans, technical documents, and specificationsProven problem-solving ability with the capacity to make strategic decisionsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards (OSHA certification preferred)Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines with attention to detailCompensation + BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus structureMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, sick time, and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesLong-term stability with a trusted California builder
