Project Manager – Marketing Go-to-Market Support
Our footwear client is looking for a Project Manager to support the Marketing Go-to-Market team! This role involves coordinating photo and video assets for campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
This role is Tuesday through Thursday in Boston, MA! This is a 40 hours per week role, estimated at 6-12 months.
Experience with Asana will be required for consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team adoption of Asana for project tracking and forecasting.
- Helping to coordinate timelines and assets for photo and video productions
- Schedule meetings, send follow-ups, and track action items with stakeholders.
- Coordinate go-to-market timelines with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Sales Ops.
- Assist with setting up project templates and managing digital assets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Marketing, Operations, or Content Production.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, and Digital Asset Management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
