Role Overview
The Project Manager will help oversee mechanical work from planning through completion, coordinating between field teams, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and the client. The role will focus on keeping the mechanical scope on schedule, within budget, properly documented, and aligned with safety and quality requirements .
Day-to-Day
- Manage and coordinate mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and process piping
- Track project schedules, budgets, scope changes, and overall progress
- Coordinate with engineers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
- Help resolve field and design issues that impact mechanical work
- Monitor project quality and safe work practices
- Communicate project updates, priorities, and deadlines to internal and external teams
- Support project closeout and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- Strong background in mechanical systems , including HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, and/or process piping
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Assistant xzgxqkn Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar project-focused role
- Experience on large commercial or technical projects such as semiconductor, data center, biopharma, hospital, industrial, or similar facilities
- Experience with project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and/or contractor coordination
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
